| I work 12 hour shifts and I was talking to this guy at work and he told me it is better to workout after work because your muscles are already strained and when you workout your muscles will benifet more. I don't think I agree with this at all. I would think that your muscles need rest(I work very physically at my job, for example pulling out 2000lb piece of metal out of a press). Anyone want to comment on this? |

| I don't think there is any real huge benefit either way. I'd rather have more energy at the gym then be drained going in there. What ever is more convient for you is what I'd say. |

| My job sucks a big one but pays well. It only sucks big in the summer because it is hot. I love the smell of metal in the morning. |

| Natural testosterone peaks twice a day apparently, about 10am and 7pm for most people I think. It would be cool if someone went and found the original ref for that to see if its lore or true. |

| i like going late at night, because it puts me to sleep afterwards. but my current job is not physically strenuous so it doesnt make a big difference. |

| LoL ya same here, I work 10 hr shifts (Night Shift) :rolleyes: and me and a friend from work head to the gym after work, and it makes it easier on me to sleep after a workout i just get home lie on the floor and next thing i know im sleeping without knowing it :aah: . Only problem I sleep when the sun's up and I wake up when the sun's up :sleep: , oh well. |
