Ive had this pain in both elbows since tuesday. Actually its not so much the elbow but on the inside where the arm bends. Its almost unbearable at times. It hurts to pick up the smallest things and sometimes it just throbs. I take 800mg motrin and the pain subsides for a while leading me to believe its inflammatory in nature. Could it be a result of coming off cycle or something else. I was doing negatives monday during my curling routine and ive never done that b4 so i dont know if that caused it somehow. Any ideas?

I get sore like that at work from time to time. I also take naproxen, I would say it might be some kind of tendonitis(speeling is bad). I get it in my wrist and elbow from doing the same routine sometime. I would ice it and take your motrin.

Im gonna keep taking the motrin. It just doesnt seem to be getting any better. Im gonna go to the doc monday if its still there. I havent lifted all week either as I dont wanna aggravate it. Maybe its just growing pains again. I got some in my left shoulder during the cycle for a week or 2 then they disappeared. I dunno. The strange thing is when I was on, I would always feel quite a bit of pump there during and after workouts, almost to the point where it made it hard to bend my arms. It wasnt painful or anything, just seemed really lubed up with water. Now that I havent put test in my body in almost 3 weeks, im probably drying up a little.

sometimes i get horrid pains in my shoulders, and what i do is get some syran SP wrap, icy hot and ace bandage. Put the icy hot on, then the syran wrap, and then wrap it with the ace bandage and itll subside i bet. You can even do it when youre lifting.

i get unbearable pains in the outsides of my forearms when doing curls with really heavy weights...anyone get that?

thats basically like shin splints in your forearms. you need to wrap your forearms with some ace bandages. its when something seperates from the bone...cant recall what it is though.

It seems to be subsiding. I think it was from the curls.
