last time i weighed myself before i really started lifting my lowest weight was 163.....after i started lifting for about 3 or 4 months or so........now im 173 but i am still carrying a little bit of body fat.... should i increase my cardio....and increase my whey protein intake.......also is there a way i can lose weight with out interfering on my performance when i bench for ex...when i was 163 i had a hard time benching about 110lbs....but now i warm up on 110lbs

if your goal is chest muscle, sounds like your makin progress, If your anything like me, I put fat on my stomach and chest before anywhere else. I am lookin to cut up with out loosing wieght, low fat intake, high protien and bench, mix in some pushups in during the day too for cut
