Hey guys! Sorry I've not posted in a minute, got a government job so I can't surf at work anymore, the house pc just got fixed today! Had a question about cardio, though....I remember reading a post about overheating and your body switching over to where you burn more sugar rather then fat, the main subject was about what to wear during cardio, not wearing sweats...I've been hitting the treadmill 3-4 times a week, 45-50 minutes at a time, which doesn't really bother me...but I always overheat. It's just one of those things, ever since I was a kid, the slightest bit of exertion and I start to get red and sweat my ass off. Is there anything that I can do to make sure that I'm getting the results that I want and not wasting time? Would I be better off switching to HIIT? I'd still overheat, but the duration would be shorter, would it be better in the long run? I'm staying steady at 132-137, and my pants are starting to become looser than they used to. One of these days I'll post progress pics, since you all are the main reason that I've been able to come as far as I have.
Anyone who can toss some advice my way, thank you in advance!!!
