| ok when i first started lifting on my chest i was doing about 90lbs on a chest press.... through time ive increased to about 135lbs {the most} and i could only do about 3 reps of that........how should i conudct my reps on 105lbs so that i can increase my endurance on 135 lbs |

| don't worry about quantity its quality brotha the more you control the weight the stronger you will be. If you are throwing the weight now but start controlling it at lets say a 1 rep max you will only get stronger. IMO you shourl do deadlifts and squats to increase your strength in becnh |
