| ive been getting back into the gym again and i wanna gain size...im 5'11" and about 168...i want to gain mass but dont have any real good programs...does anyone have a good program to help with my goal?...as far as my diet i eat pretty clean try to take in as much protein as possible with my schedule its hard to eat 6-7 small meals a day though...ive been doing monday-chest,abs, tuesday-shoulders,tri's, thursday-back,bi's,friday-legs |

| seems like you have an ok split. i would switch tuesday and thursday. what are you eating? write it out for us |

| im in tech school so my time is limited for eating so it isnt my normal schedule but...breakfast-shake and some cereal,lunch-some pb&j and pasta or chicken and vegetables and sometimes some rice,dinner-another shake and pb&j or something similar to lunch |

| yes i would switch tuesday and thursday. You do chest on Monday which means your triceps are getting work. Then if you are doing triceps the next day, they wont be healed. Definately switch tues. and thurs. |

| It's amazing what you can do these days to get the food that you need. I went to a tech school for two years in my peak of training and could put down a can of tuna between classes at 10 and 2 plus regular meal times in the day. Carry some PB with you to eat on a spoon and a baggie full of protein powder, then all you have to do is find a water fountain. Oh... bring a shake container.. can't imagine a shake from a baggie... |

| FOOD, FOOD, FOOD, FOOD Everyone wants to know about the latest supplement, the best routine, and gear but no one wants to eat anything. You need a LOT more food. Cereal and a protein drink does not qualify for breakfast. I have a cup of oats and a protein drink as a warm up for breakfast. Then I'll go to the pool for 15 come back, shower, dress and eat my real breakfast - 250g meat and a 1/2 cup (measured uncooked) of rice + veges. And I do that 7 to 8 times a day, always have, no matter what. Learn to carry a bucket of food with you, I did it for years, now I live in Thailand and I can get chicken and rice on every street corner - at 3 different places! Not being rude here but IF you really want to get big - eat big. Your training is not so important as long as you train hard and never miss a scheduled workout. Follow the advice of the other guys in the thread, they are spot on with the split. If you want big, really want big muscle mass you can have it. |

| What muscles you do on what day really means very little. What exercises are you doing? How many reps and sets? How long are you resting? What's your plan for progression? |
