In a weekly split.. Do you prefer to have, for example, biceps trained once a week directly and once a week indirectly (back) or do you prefer to put the direct and indirect workouts in the same day? Same thing with triceps. have a tricep and something else day, then have a chest day too. or put triceps and chest in the same day?

10-4. I gotcha. And this helped you get more size on your arms than doing a chest/triceps day and a back/biceps day? (or have you never tried that?)

I do my tris with delts and chest.... they are hit by donig delts and chest so I get more/better recvoery only hitting thme once. I don;t recommend most people have an arm day.... the majority of people will quickly over train this way.

i find that doing tri/delts on same day and chest on seperate day at least 3 days apart works well for me
