Hi
I am about to start cutting and i have been asking around and reading articles here and there on when is the best time to do your cardio WITHOUT losing muscles,and i have been getting so many different responses like,before breakfast on an empty stomach,2 hour after workout,not on workout days,etc... so i pretty much more confused then before. Can anybody help me? thanks

I'd do it every second day which is my off days for about an hour, otherwise i would do it after training. Does it really matter what time you do it? aslong as its being done

Yeah agreed its kinda rough but on an empty stomach forces your body to try and use fat as energy.

Actually I eat a 6 egg whites and 1 or 2 yolks before morning cardio, it has several advantages;

I dont get hungry when i train, meanin i am more liekly to finish my cardio
My body has protein to burn if it decides it wants to eat my muscle it has egg instead
eggs wont raise your blood sugar levels much so you still benefit from this
drink a black coffee with the eggs to wash them down and increase your fat burning
a couple of yolks slow the digestion down so as to keep blood sugars low
eggs are easy to eat

The other good time is after training, apparently it takes about 20 minutes of cardio to start burning fat, if you have just done a gym workout you should be there already - in fat burning mode saves you getting back to that point again on your day off.
