i just started workin out.. im currently on methyl-drol xt and phara plex.. i need to bulk up.. but i dont know what to eat properly and a good work ethic

what u mean why am i takin thouse supplements??? i was told i will gain `15-20 pounds... i eat oatmeal and a bannana for breakfast like 2 or 3 sandwichs for lunch and what ever mom makes for dinner... also im currently takin N.O. Xplode b4 work out and after workout i got me some true mass

lol 15-20 pounds?! in 18 months maybe. If you're new to training you shouldnt need supplements to grow. just eat plenty and train hard and you will see great gains bro. you are'nt eating half as much as you should be. no matter how much supplements you take, you cant grown without a higher calorie intake than what your body needs. foods the most anabolic thing in the world. so use it.

don't get defensive there budlight, we're just trying to understand you. What do you mean "i got me some true mass"? Scratch the supplements and eat more! Ask moms to fix you a big breakfast, lunch, and dinner and mix in some other meals in between these!!!

Shave em?!?! Uggh, every step would chafe the next day. Or you'd have to shave every day. My girlfriend freaks out when I don't feel like shaving my face for a day. 2 days and my stubble could tak the paint of a barn.
