Just wondering if there are any good excercises for elbow, I have been getting some sharp pains in the elbow, like the one when you smack your funny bone. Everytime I do Tri exercises, I have been going light, taking advil and using all sorts of tiger balm. Its been about 3 weeks now, and not feeling much better. Any help would be great. Thnx Steve:banghead:

see a doctor....you really cant do to much to make your elbow stronger. also if it gets worse it could be a serious problem but keep ice on it and keep it compact with an elbow pad

My advice, take two weeks off all pushing movements. If you still have a problem see a Doctor.

Lower the weight after a few days off and work on your form. You not going to get stronger using your elbows.

It would be nice if anything healed in a week. If it hurts don't do it. My advice is see a Doctor and take 4 weeks off at least.

should have taken the doc advice right away, was kinda worried that I had tendinitis so I was avoiding the doc, turns out its Bercitus, and was doing all the wrong things to fix the problem. Anyways, elbow is back to about 80 percent in lest than a week. Next time will go to doc sooner, just I always avoid doc until something falls off or breaks.lol. Cheers
