| Hello, I`m quite aware that many threads such as this have been made but mine had a slight spin on it, i`ve been seriously ill for 2 years and for the half year been recovering to nearly 100%. During this time i was unable to eat lost all my weight and muscle mass (i use to workout regular before being ill but was always skinny). This time round i want to take it more serious after being unable to do anything has really made me wake up basically. I need help with the correct suppliments/muscle training, like for example if i do 3 sets of dumbell curls, how often shud i rest? i wanna push myself as hard as possible but not if its gonna do more damage than good. i need a basic routine nomatter how crude to set my basics on. ANY help at all would be apprechated. thank you. p.s i`m 21 years old, 140lbs(fastly increasing), 6.1ft. |

| hmm post your diet cuz thats where it all starts but as for a routine make sure your working the major muscles in your body such as chest, back, quads, and hamstrings. lift 3 or 4 days a week working each part once per week. use heavy weight with short reps (6-8 reps per set) |
