finnaly got a meal plan and rutine tell me wut u guys think thnks in advance


first off heres my stats:

Age:18
Waight:195
hight:5'7


meal plan
1st meal,banana oat meal,
2 eggs and water

2nd meal, cytosports muscle milk

workout for about hour half to two hours



3rd meal an hour after workout,2 slices of wheat bread and sum tuna and a cytosport muscle milk

4th meal,banana

5th meal,a bowl of rice and wutever kind of meat or fish my grls making for dinner

6th meal, water and sum cereal

forearms
1.cardieo 15-30 minute walk
1. Hammer curls
2. Reverse barbell curls
3. reverse seated wrist curls
4. Gripping Heavy weight
Cable Push-downs Behind the Back 10,8,6,6,6
Cable Push-downs 10,8,6,6,6
Seated Dumbbell Curls 10,8,6,6,6


tuesday
1.sum R&R
2.hammer dumbbell curls 5 sets 12 rps
3. Barbell Curls 4-5 sets (6-10 reps)


wendsday

1.cardieo 15-25 mins
Behind The Back Wrist Curls 10,8,6,6,6 after the last set hold a set of dumbells for 30 seconds
then gradualy grab a lighter dumbell
Cable Push-downs Behind the Back 10,8,6,6,6
Cable Push-downs 10,8,6,6,6
Seated Dumbbell Curls 10,8,6,6,6
barbell bench press 12,10,8,6,6
dumbbell bench press 12,12,10,8,6





thursday
1.sum r&r
2.hammer dumbbell curls 5 sets 12 rps
3. Barbell Curls 4-5 sets (6-10 reps)

friday
cardieo 15-25mins
seated dumbel curls 12,10,8,6,6
hammer curls 10,8,6,6,6
standing dumbbell curl
Bent-Over Rows,
Dead-lifts,
Shrugs
Seated calve raises,
Standing Calve raises

rest and recovery

sunday rest and recovery

i just have to add in sum excersises for my inner thighs

I think u will over trian personally
and why are you not hitting your back and legs???

yuor diet also ne3eds to be revamped... your taking in way too many shakes IMO and you need protien in that first meal

wut do u fellow bbforums peepz suggest as a good worout for my thighs i got aloto fat on my tighs since i did surgery on my hip and i was bed bound for about 6 months for recovery so no im stuck with fat on my inner and outer thighs.. any help will be appreciated thnks in advance...

Water is not food. Lol. eat meat and a good complex carb with every meal and save the muscle milk for before bed or post workout. Eggs, oatmeal, and Oranje juice is good for breakfast.

That routine is terrible. You need to re-work it big time. I would recomend..

you dont need to do biceps every day. and how can you rest and workout on the same day? You had a day where you rest and do bicep curls in the same day? interesting
