Hi
Im 31y 6' 2'' 200lbs 10%BF i started to bulk up again 2 weeks ago.My routine right now is Monday-chest,triceps,forearms
Tuesday-back,biceps,forearms
Thursday-legs
Friday-Shoulders,Trap,calves
I would like to change this routine because i have been doing this for the past 4 months,what would be a good bulking routine? i need change thanks

I see 3 options here

Total upper
Lower

2.

Push ( chest, delts, triceps)
off
legs ( legs)
off
pull ( lats, traps, biceps, forearms)
off
off

or

a total body workout 2-3x a week

You could do that. I would mix up the volume though...50% to 75% volume one workout and 100% the second.
