OK. I am starting once again.. and this time I am not giving up.. have not given up .. tried to get my diet together. now I am starting up a routine and a diet.... now any suggestions..

I will start tomorrow...
I went vegan and I want to continue with it as a vegan.. the only thing I will add is maybe fish.. deciding on it... Want to remain a vegan and get nice and cut.. i can do it.. just need some help here... and I may consume protein shakes as well.. as mid-meals..

Gotta get it together... Any help is welcomed..
