| You could if you want too, but if your training properly with proper rest you shouldnt have too. Might want to change up your routine though for something new. |

| just switch up your routine man....if your eatin properly and resting enough you dont need it IMO |

| It willl allow yuor body to recuperate from the 3 months of torture yuo have put it through - + it should allow some small injuries to recover with you being more motivated to come back - so as I say - REST IS BEST! |
