I just finished my first 3 month workout routine and your suppose to rest a week after 3 straight months of training right?

If you don't feel like you need to rest, don't. If your body feels broken down and you could use a break, take a week off.

I take 2 full weeks off 2x a year, so about every 5.5 months.

i take a week off every 8-10 weeks. sometimes 2 weeks...

i wouldnt take a week off with no training. I would go in and do light weights for sets of 10.
