| can any one help me find an excersise which can help me lost the fat on my inner thighs i used to have small tight thighs but after each surgery i did on my hip there was a 6 month recovery for each of em so i stayed in bed alot or sat cause i couldnt put wait on the leg but now im left with fat on my inner thighs... any help would be appreciated and for the people on here that has helped me with my rutines i send my thank yous out to all of yea |

| you cant spot reduce but hit the squats hard and it should build muscle in those areas but make sure your doin cardio and have a good diet |

| JD said it... cardio and diet is what makes you lose fat.... and when you lose it, you lose it all over and not in one spot... post your diet and we can critique it |

| heres how my diet looks 1st meal,banana oat meal, 2 eggs and water 2nd meal, cytosports muscle milk 3rd meal ,2 slices of wheat bread and sum tuna and a cytosport muscle milk 4th meal,banana,orange juice 5th meal,a bowl of rice and wutever kind of meat or fish my grls making for dinner 6th meal, water and sum cereal |

| what times are you eating those meals.also why cereal for your last meal?i'm sure it is probably high in sugar and carbs.move that up to meal 1 or 2 |

| gotta eat more protein man. in your 4th meal get rid of the orange juice and add some lean meat like chicken into it also your eating to much crap later on the rice should be earlier in the day and you shouldnt be eating cereal for your last meal have a protein shake instead. you have it comptley opposite your eating your lean meals that r high in protein earlier in the day and garbage meals that r high in carbs and sugar later. u wanna eat carbs ealier for energy and so u can burn them off during the day |
