| Cardio, only way to burn fat. "Toning" shouldnt be used here, but this will work: Heavy weights. |

| Burn more calories then you injest, you can do this by limiting the amount of carbs and fat you eat, and/or with exercise. I would just lift 3-4 times a week and do HITT cardio 2-3 times a week. |
