Is there a problem with doin 3 sets of 10-12 reps for deadlifts or are you only suppose to do around 1-3 reps

Id stick with 2 sets of 6-8 reps. I personally only do deads once a month now. the other 3 weeks i do rack deads. working well for me.

Mines always mixed.. i could go 12 10 8, 10 10 8, 10 8 6 .. it really depends how i feel at the time, i dont plan days before how many reps ill be doing for an exercise.

Once a month same here along with squats but I do 4 sets of 6-8 my knees can't take too much of either of those. Although I only do straight leg deads Storm will back me up on this. Do not go over 8 or 6 for that matter because it will lead to injury.

Sure you can do higher reps for dead lifts, it is better to mix up the rep range from time to time.

Hell yes!! thats why u never hear of it, thats a good way to injure your lower back too, 1-8 range if u can do one or two more reps than do them any more and u should just add more weight

Yep. you can set the pins anywhere from shin height to knee height. I usually set em so the bar is just a hair below knee height.
