I just got the Max-ot training program and it gives a 12 week break down and in there it gives a routine in week 1, a new one in week 3, and 2 new ones in week 6. Then at the end it has a 26 week program to follow starting with week 1. Its so confusing... do I use the first routine they gave me until week 3, then the next one til week 6, then the next one til week 12? OR Do I just go straight to where it gives the 26 week breakdown and start with week 1 there?

ok i have done the max ot routine before. what you do is every saturday read the chapter they give you if it doesnt contain a workout then u do the same one u have done the week or weeks before. after the prgram is done u make your own with the knowledge uve gained basiclly stick to coupound movemnts with heavy weight u can aslo look under jeff willets workouts for examples

yep i bulit a really good base and the fact about nutrition are badass
