| its nothing major but i cant for the life of me figure out why when im right handed my left hand/arm is considerably stronger than my right. i can got 4-5more reps per set with my left than i can with my right, and to be honest it baffeles the hell out of me. especially since i jacked my left shoulder up when i was in high school and had to baby it for a while but i kept cranking with my right. something i have also noticed when i lift my my old man he has the same issue, at first i thought it may be im not using correct form with my left, but i had ppl watch me do right and left and the form is the same. like i said no big deal but if any of you science/biology heads have any ideas as to why im interested to know |
