| well i arm wrestled a co-worker at work and my wrist popped and its still sore after 2 weeks :ohcrap: and when i try to do dumb bell curls which is like a needed exercise or anything with a straightbar curl or preacher bench curl i cant do it because its excruciating pain. what should i do because i cannot miss a workout ill go crazy. :banghead: |

| Go talk to your doctor, could be something broken/torn and not healing right...get some x-rays, whatever needs to be done there. if there is something serious you are or could possibly hurt yourself more, and could end up missing more than a workout. gl with it :thumbs: |
