| looking for some ideas on what you guys do after coming back form a big lay off I haven't seriously trained in about 6 months just want get the body used to working again and not get injured as I get my diet back on track and get back into a routine |

| Do a overall body work out 3 times per week leaving at least a days rest in between. Do this for a couple of months and then you can train more specifically on muscle groups rather than overall workouts. This will kick the muscle memory back into action. |

| personally after a break, I drop the weight down and work my way back up to prevent injury... thats really it... |

| probably what I'll end up doing I just always seem to try to push my self too early...lol probably work in the 8-10 range too instead of the 2-6 |
