| LMAO so true your muscle have been determined for you brotha thank your mother/father for that one. Genes determine your muscle shape but I would recommend that you emphasize working on your entire body rather than just one muscle group, be an entire physique of perfection rather than chest. |

| It is not shaping the muscle like playdough, genetics is the obvious factor to every phenotype. I said flys because they provide a greater range of motion which will give a more intense contraction, therefore better overall development. Another thing is the 'inner chest' may look under developed because your clavicular portion is shit.. again total development of both upper and lower must be even otherwise you will have weak points that you will try to isolate but your missing the point. Body types from inheritance will always leave you with advantages and disadvantages where you will have to adjust your training and choice of exercises accordingly. |

| you should try incline and decline bench flys with light weight and do about 15 reps and 3 sets then each week increase the weight do it proper form wide flys and slowly thats what worked for me |
