Alright, I had a heavy chest day yesterday. And I was wondering if anyone can tell me why my tricep on my left arm constantly twitches, this happens sometimes after heavy days. Sometimes it will happen to my back and biceps too. it doesnt hurt or anything, but its really annoying. btw, i tried acouple of searches and got nothing...any ideas??

its a natural thing, its just your nerves reacting to the lifts

i think everyone gets them at some point, they feel weird though

i get them in my thighs after leg day. keeps me up at night sometimes

I love that stuff, I've actually had people notice and ask why my arm was twitching.

I don;t ussualy get it however I've had a twitch on the side of my chest like towards the latisimus muscle. I have notcied it since the day I got the cold. Could it be that ? I get a little paranoid when i feel twitches around the chest area coz my old man had a triple by pass which the dr put it down to past family history and genetics and he said the same may happen to me.
