| I run to the gym and run home.... It`s 1.5 miles theres= 3 miles round trip.... Im trying right now to bulk up to 175-180.... Im 162 now. How many calories do you think im burning running there,working out,then running home.......? I do this 2- maybe 3 times a week. I dont really have a choice because I lost my license until march so I can only catch rides on certain days. Otherwise it`s either run... or dont work out at all... |

| Way too many. Distance running can be catabolic too. Although 1.5 miles isnt exactly a marathon, itll still take its toll making it hard to bulk. Walk if you can. |
