Advise please

I'm a newbie and would like some advise on a couple of things. I've just started working out again for the last 5 monthes.Things were going great for a while my bench press increased about 120 lbs to about a 330lb max and my squats are still increasing. I was feeling and starting to look great but I've hit a point were this amount of weight is starting to hurt. I want to keep increasing but my 5'9'' frame is struggling to handle the weight.I've got a pain in my arm that feels sorta like a shinplint.the pain feels like its between my bicep and tricep on the outer arm. I'll rest for a week and it will go away for a couple of wkouts but then it comes back. Also I'm struggling to break the 200lb mark i"ve gained 35lbs of muscle in th past 5 mos. but my body feels like its fighting me now so I 've started heavy with the supps. V-12, protein, nitrix, m1-test, and gangsta test in my post wkout shake. Can I take M1 n the gangsatest together? A friend of my said I'd be safer to try steroids but my injury and I'm just trying to get my body to keep growing.Any comments?

Its always easy to jump into "supplements" and/or AAS but that really should be your last resort. If you're only 5 months "back" then I wouldn't rush into anything IMO. Maybe just start to change up your routine a little, Most guys change up every few months (even just a little) whether it's because they feel they've plateau'd or just for the sake of boredom. Remember, your body is always trying to "accomodate" any new stresses put on it (thus getting stronger and bigger) so make sure to keep putting new and different types of "stresses". There are many different exercises for the same muscles, switch up a bit, maybe switch high and/or lower reps etc etc.......... you get it
