| Hi all. I need help with making a new routine to get big. I only need help with two things. 1. How can I get definition? 2. Can anyone help me feel in the blanks for exercises in this routine? Monday - Chest Tuesday - Back Wednsday - Shoulders Thursday - Arms Friday - Legs Thanks. |

| well if your trying to get big,,, but yet want to cut.... it kinda elimates eachother Id just keep gaining mass and strength until march when you start cutting and then start running alot and eating real healthy foods....and doing higher reps will gain defintion.... like: do 3x10 or 3x 12 instead of 5x5(to gain mass) |
