| which is more efficent to leg workout i never often work my legs accept i do running...im trying to really sculp out my legs...and bulk up my upper body. Im 16 about 170 lbs. 5"9- 5'10. I was told that the key integral to bulking your upper body is by working your legs. i refuse to lose any more weight I wanna try to maintain my weight now and just try to "sculp up" from my weight now. I just recenlty bought GNC Whey Protein which i consume about 170g from it everyday. Any Suggestions. Thanx |

| Full squats 5 sets of 6-10 reps Sliff leg dead lifts 4 sets 10-12 reps standiing calf raise 3x 12 reps If you are a big runner just do this once a week |
