Ok i can lift a 16 pound dumbell 100 reps
i do 2 sets of 20 -2 sets of 15-2 sets of 10 and finnish of with 2 sets of 5

i would like to build my biceps for the up coming baseball season
does any one know of a better routine like how many reps in my first set ,how may sets and when to add more weight and how much to add?

Steve...buddy. You reeeeaally need to read through the threads in this training forum. What I'd recommend you do is find a weight that you can barely get up once, drop a little off of it until you can barely get 6-10 reps out of it and do four sets of that. You're going to get nowhere doing 100 reps of anything. You've also got to worry about more than building your biceps for baseball. When it comes to athletic importance biceps are one of the least used muscles really. You want to improve your baseball game you've got to work your whole body. Alot of baseball happens from the waist down.

steve you havent by chance been arm wresteling 40yr olds that have been in jail 4 times have ya..:laughing: seriously cut it back do other exrecises for your bi's also add some weight man, if you should cut that down to like 3 sets of like 8-12 you are getting something good out of it, you are doing cardio reps if you are doing 100 reps.

dude, do some squats. There is no way biceps are that big of a part of baseball.

biceps have almost nothing to do with baseball fundementals, you need to do core exercises...
