Im trying to take in alot more calories than I am now. I probably take in an average of 3000 calories a day on workout days, on non workout days I dont eat much fro some reason... probably because im not being active. But I want to take in about 5000. It seems hard to really stuff my face with extra food though.. I saw Controlled Labs came out with Black Hole, which just tells your brain that instead of having enough calories, that your body needs more. Id rather not have to go the route of that supplement but if I have to I will. Any advice to take in more calories besides protein shakes and shit like that would be appreciated.

post your diet and remember when your bulking you dont have to keep it clean.....that was my biggest problem cuz i was afraid of gettin fat

Getting fat when bulking is ok, lean bulking is better but much longer progress. Remember to keep things under control because when your done bulking your going to have to lose that fat so to make it easier for yourself in the long run dont get out of control and go stupid with your fat levels.

EDIT: why are you avoiding protein shakes? do you have existing kidney or liver problems?

Yeah putting on a little fat when bulking is just the nature of the beast but as long as you're not trying to bulk on mcdonalds and bk you'll be fine.

nah man right now im at 210 and im keepin my bodyfat down but i also do cardio 2 days a week......im not saying to go and eat ice cream and mcdonalds for every meal but you dont have to be as strict with bulking

m not avoiding protein shakes I drink 2-3 a day... muscle juice... 1300 cal per serving so I suppose im takin in 2600 a day from shakes

yeah those facts are assumnig your mixing it w/ water. On the container it says mixed with 2% milk is 1300 calories, 240 from fat.

And also.... I dont understand how to assume how many calories foods have with no nutrition label.... For example: a salad from a local pizzeria.. ?

Im writing down everything I`ve ate today and i`ll post it on here so everybody can get an understanding(and myself) as to how many calories im taking in and how many I need.

yeah man 162g sugar is crazy.. I was getting a bit worried when my protein shakes had 60g which is alot but 162.. my god.. sounds like enough to be a meal replacement, equivalent to about 8 bowls of coco pops lol. The sugar will make you fat (not that it really matters at this stage).

After School Meal
