Right now my routine is as follows: Sun.- Rest Mon.- Legs Tues.- Cardio Wed.- Chest, Shoulders, Triceps Thur.- Cardio Fri.- Back, Traps, Biceps Sat. Cardio 1.Should I switch this at all? 2.Is it ok to workout Biceps and Triceps in the same day? 3.When I do chest all I do is little warm-ups and then bench 3-4 sets, is it ok to Bench 3 sets, Incline 3 sets, and decline 3 sets? Or is that too much for one day? Thanks for any help.

What's your real diet not something you found on the internet. Everyday what do you eat? What are you doing for cardio? and on each body part how many exercises? Sets? Reps? What are your current stats? Height? Weight? bf%

I eat good, 3 protiens shakes a day, 2-3 creatine drinks, I eat steak, fish, chicken, salad, fruits. I'm not too bad on my diet, but I could definetly improve.PB+J's, turkey sandwiches, and other stuff for snacks. I'm 26, 6'9'', and started lifting almost 2 months ago with a starting weight of 237, and I'm currently 244. The weight gain isn't fat either. My cardio is usually 2- 2 1/4 miles inclined on a treadmill.

its not gonna hurt anything but you might be better off doing regular bench, then doing incline and decline flies, i was doing the same thing for a while till my friend took me through his workout, and since then i have noticed huge gains in my pecs alone. also with working tri's and bi's in the same day i actually think you might be better off spacing it out, do like chest and tri's one day, and bi's another day

I didn't think doing regular bench, incline and decline in the same workout would be to much. But wanted to check. I think I will start that on my next chest day.

Not at all I normally do 5-7 exercises of chest with sets of 3-4 at least. Upper, mid, decline, smith presses, bd presses upper and mid, decline pull overs and flys or some sort of variation

cool, thanks. another question, How long should I work out before taking a week or two off? I mean, after so long you should take a week off, then switch it up a little, right?

When you don't feel like going to the gym take a few off and EAT A LOT TO HELP SPEED RECOVERY, I got into a car accident a month ago and took 2-3 weeks off but when I came back snapped back into shape faster than before just because of rest. Sleep/rest is part of the equation for gains.
