| Mon - Chest Bench Press (trying some 10 week program thats supposed to up my max we shall see) Superset Flat bench, incline flies - 3 sets 8-12 reps each set Decline Flies - 10-15 reps 3 sets Pull Overs - 10-12 reps 3 sets Cables - start on the bottom go till fail, then mid till fail, fish at top till fail 3 sets each height Tri's Push downs - 3sets 12-15 reps Close Grip Bench - 3 sets 10 - 12 reps Tri extension - 3 sets 10-15 reps i mix these up i dont do em in that order Tues: Cardio 45-60min eliptical runner 6.5-7.5mph Wed: Legs - Sqauts 8-10 reps 3 sets sled 6-8 reps 2-3 sets (heavy, well at least for me) leg extensions - 3 sets 10-12reps calf raises - 3 sets till fail Forearms not sure on the names of the lifts but needless to say i burn em up Abbs Leg Lifts - 3 sets till fail Abb ball sit ups/crunches - 3 sets 10 - 15 then i use 2 of the life fitness machines and i do 3 sets on each of those till fail Thurs - Bi's Hammer Curls - 3 sets 10 - 15reps per arm Preacher Curls - 3 sets 10 - 12 reps Concentration Curls - 3 sets 10-15 reps Traps Seated Shrugs - 3 sets to fail Dumbell Shrugs - 3 sets to fail Bar Bell Shrugs - 2 set to fail hands in front, 2 set one hand in front one behind Shoulders Military Press - 3sets 8 - 12 reps Dumbell Raises Front - 3 sets to fail Dumbell Raises side - 3 sets to fail Fri: Cardio early am elipitcal runner 30min 6.5-7.5mph Sat: in case i missed friday, or any other lifts that i didnt get finished earlier in the week Sun: R&R :Thumbs: I need to work my back more and i need to start adding in some dead lifts but if there is anything else you see that i should do or im doing to much of, or need to do more of, let me know. |

| hmm so should i go like monday tuesday on, wednesday off, thursday on, friday off, saturday on, sunday off? or should i work it like every other day? |

| you are right after i posted all of my workout i noticed i didnt show any back its kind of a thing that i do when i have time, normally i stick it on the end of my thursday workout if i have time but you are saying workout like monday wednesday saturday with tuesday and friday as cardio days? just remember im trying to cut weight while im lifting |

| if you have time? you need to hit back ALOT and HARD! one of the most important muscle groups. get some dead lifts and pulling done |

| its one of those things i try to get it in every week i havent done any deads but, pulling and everything i do, just sometimes i close the gym down before i get to everything, but ill be busting it out more than i do, because i know it gets neglected more than the rest |
