wassup everybody! I was wondering if this is a good workout for bulking. This is a all dumbell workout. I increase the weight on each set.

Day1:
incline press 3 sets of 10
incline fly 3 seets of 10
oe-arm dumbbell press 3 sets of 10
zottmann curl 3 sets of 10
incline hammer/dumbbell curl 3 sets of 10
crunch 4 sets of 50

Day2
reverse-grip dumbbell row 3 sets fo 10
one-arm dumbbell row 3 sets 0f 10
romainian deadlift3 sets 0f 10
lunge 3 sets of 10
seated calf raise 3 sets of 10
standing calf raise 3 sets of 10

Day3
lateral rase 3 setws of 10
one-arm shoulder press 3 sets of 10
shurg 3 sets of 10
one-arem bent over lateral raise 3 sets of ten
dumbell french curl 3 sets of ten
dumbbell kickback 3 sets of ten

dumbbells? i use them cause i use my stabilizer muscles so i no can cheat
