| i do chest alone.after that i'm too wiped out to work another part as good.i also do bi'/tri's on the same day.love the blood flow in my whole arm,and 2 smaller parts are easier to workout together |

| i've heard that and have seen quite a few people do those 3 in a day. i throw in shoulders on my chest days sometimes |

| i do chest and tris but my tri workout gets kinda crappy cause i try to do like 1 or 2 chest 1 or 2 tri lifts i workout for about 1 hour and 30 min on that day |
