Because I started working out in my basement now that I have weights.... I obviously dont have all the stuff at gyms so my workout is somewhat limited. No machines, only bar,bench and weights. Considering chest day- i do 5x5 bench, 3x10 incline, and thats about it besides push ups, what could i do on top of that? The bench doesnt go down to decline(i never really do decline anyways) but is there anything else?

do you have bells? you can do flies, incline and flat, pull overs are just a few you can do

no...no dumbells... Ive been thinking i could do plyometric push ups possibly,

Flat and Incline is enough, what is your entire workout program like?

who does decline? what youre doing is fine but if you want something extra i would do wide grip

basically tonight i did:

Bench 5x5
Close Grip 3x6
skull crushers 3x6
Plyometrix Push Ups
