| Because I started working out in my basement now that I have weights.... I obviously dont have all the stuff at gyms so my workout is somewhat limited. No machines, only bar,bench and weights. Considering chest day- i do 5x5 bench, 3x10 incline, and thats about it besides push ups, what could i do on top of that? The bench doesnt go down to decline(i never really do decline anyways) but is there anything else? |

| do you have bells? you can do flies, incline and flat, pull overs are just a few you can do |

| who does decline? what youre doing is fine but if you want something extra i would do wide grip |

| basically tonight i did: Bench 5x5 Close Grip 3x6 skull crushers 3x6 Plyometrix Push Ups |
