| Hi i just want to know if it is ok to workk out one body twice in row in two days. What if lets say im working out my legs and I go heavy on quadriceps one day and light on them the next day. Is that good or will it prevent growth? |

| you are going into cardio practically and you arent giving your muscles time to rest, space it out and let your muscles rest up |

| legs twice in a week?! i can barely walk after lifting legs.....let your body rest more rest= more growth |

| unless youre powerlifting and incorporating a speed day/DE day i wouldnt do legs twice in a week. It sounds like youre pretty inexperienced so i dont think you need to be doing things twice a week yet and stick to a simple split that consists of compound lifts. |
