Hi i just want to know if it is ok to workk out one body twice in row in two days. What if lets say im working out my legs and I go heavy on quadriceps one day and light on them the next day. Is that good or will it prevent growth?

you are going into cardio practically and you arent giving your muscles time to rest, space it out and let your muscles rest up

legs twice in a week?! i can barely walk after lifting legs.....let your body rest more rest= more growth

unless youre powerlifting and incorporating a speed day/DE day i wouldnt do legs twice in a week. It sounds like youre pretty inexperienced so i dont think you need to be doing things twice a week yet and stick to a simple split that consists of compound lifts.
