| For those of you who have assisted me, it was much appreciated. Very much. Now that I have this calories needed daily thing understood, I kinda needed an opinion on my workout(s). Last night I changed my routine, and went with this: WARM UP on Fitness trainer for 15 min. 2 sets flat bench 2 sets incline 2 sets decline 2 sets of pec flyes on flat bench 3 sets triceps pushdowns 2 sets of biceps curls on 45' bench 2 sets (stabilizers?? rest in pushup position on only elbows and toes and hold for 45 sec. 2 sets of "supermans" for 45 sec. Today at work, during lunch, I will use this time to work out my legs, seeing how my facility has better and (somewhat safer) equipment. Also-I need to fit in a 20 minute run as well, due to my military obligation. This evening, I will work on my back/shoulders and my abs at home. Does anyone have a good beginner back/shoulder program? Should I even work these two together? Thanks for all the help and information. And PLEASE, PLEASE critique me as you see fit. |
