| SO I've been trying to bulk for the past month or two and the last month was awesome seriously gained 12lbs with eating right, some size on and whey. This month was cellmass, whey, eating well, and a multi..and this month has been crap. I've kept pretty much the same routine. Monday:Shoulders 3 sets 6-10 reps Tuesday: Legs 4 sets 6-10 reps Wednesday: back 3 sets 6-10 Thursday: Rest Friday :Chest 3 sets 6-10 Saturday: Arms 3 sets 6-10 Sunday Rest It worked really well at first, My legs grew waay bigger and may people could tell my shoulders were getting broader and my chest stuck out more. But this past month has been worthless. I've changed up my specific exercises about every 2 weeks. Trying to get my chest and shoulders even bigger to catch up to my legs.. also after this week no more creatine for a lil while. Oh and I'm 17 186 6'1-6'2 bodyfat idk? |

| check your other thread man, seriously at 17 and any age for that matter food is your friend make sure you are getting close to 280g of protein a day |

| How intense are your workouts? are you easily getting through your sets or are you straining to complete the last few......If your jsut going through the motions increase the wieght man....if it doesnt burn the next day then you know your workout could have been harder... |
