| Heres the deal, i am able to lift the same amount of weight (dumbells) in either hand whether it be working my delts, tri's, bi's or forearms, yet my right arm is more muscular. I can bench and everything without making the bar uneven and my right side doesnt lead but my left arm just seems to be lagging in some aspects strenght just not being one. Any advice? Should i do a few extra reps or an extra set with my left arm in all bumbell exercises? Thanks |

| So i should continue to use proper form and dont do xtra sets or reps. Eventually though it will catch up appearance wise? B/c its not a strenght issue, its the visual aspect. Its not like it bang in your face noticable but something i have noticed |
