| Well one of my favorite bball players does 100 ab crunches and 200 pushups after waking up and before going to bed and thats all he does and hes really toned. Is that a good practice? Also I do not have access to a benchpress nor do i have the money to purchase one and i just wanted to know if anyone has a good routine that involves lots of push ups? |

| Well “toned” comes from diet and cardio. Most likely if he is a pro player then his diet is shitty and it all comes from cardio. I think if someone can not go to the gym then push-ups, dip and pull ups are great exercises. The only problem with them is that the body becomes accustomed to the weight. Then you have to bring in extra resistant in order to further stimulate the body. This could be done by a weighted vest. |
