| Call me a first timer, call me anything! I just want a "routine", but i want it as RULES! I want to get stronger,but most of all bigger. I'll follow your rules to the point as long as it makes me big and strong without no side effects or weird stuff! This is no joke! If your tell me to do 300 push-ups and sit-ups a day, I'll do it! The only problem i have is that I a have no clue how to do it right, or what to eat etc.. Not missing any spirit, just knowledge! 1.87 and 68-71 kg.. help! |

| The key to getting big is eating. Your cals must be high enough to gain and your protien high enough to recover muscle from training. Check out the training section for a great full body routine. Start with that, then we can get you into a split in a few months. Then, check out the diet section for some eating ideas. Feel free to ask any questions. |

| Thanks! I've been working and on vacation for a while now, but nice of you to reply.. I am from Norway, so i work by the dictionary... "cals", "reps" and such doesn't say alot to me! ;) I'll find these tips for training and diet, and in the same time try to find books, but i won't start training untill I know I am doing it about correctly.. Tips along the way will be very helpful.. Thanks! |
