| You mean forearm? your wrist is a joint.. db wrist curls wrist curl roller is good behind back barbell wrist curl farmers grip and you can get one of those hand grips which will strengthen your flexors |

| Wierd... I was seriously just thinking about this 10 minutes ago on the way back from the gym. Im curious about this too. It seems that amongst all bone injuries, wrist injuries are the most common. I take calcium chews every day, hoping for better bone density. |
