I'm 28, 6' 3" and 190 lbs. I have a little spare tire action from the drinking of the ol beers. I bulked up to 220 last winter but now I'm trying to go for a more cut look. Here's my workout and meal plan over the past 2 months: gym routine - hitting the gym 5-6 days a week - working 2 muscle groups per day, 3-4 excercises per group, 10-12 reps, 3-4 sets - 45min - 1 hr of cardio(stair-stepper) after each 30 min muscle training session meal plan: - slimfast bar for breakfast - turkey, romain, vegggies for dinner/lunch - chicken stir-fry lunch/dinner - labrada protein shake after gym I'm keeping things pretty basic - epecially diet. I'm just wondering if I can acheive my goals of cutting up with this plan. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. - Stab

you need to eat more protein and throw in 2 more meals. get rid of the slim fast bar and eat eggs instead with some oatmeal

also if the turkey is the lunch meat turkey get rid of that and eat some tuna instead.....lunch meats are packed with sodium

eat more go for like 6 meals a day, like JD said dump the slim fast bar, eat some good ol eggs or egg whites, and oatmeal, get you body fired up the right way in the mornings. eat some fish or get some flax seed oil, something along those lines you need to make sure you are getting your Omega's in.

bring a jug of protein. its better to get a shake then nothing. also, you can bring a little cooler and pack your lunchs. you do what you have to when you want something bad enough

yup packing your lunch is the best way to help with that, and also dont crumbs make electronics and things work better anyway :D
