Okay i have a question guys is there only 1 way of doing your lower chest which is decline?

or is there another way ? please help thank you:thumbs:

i never do decline for my chest. you do upper chest and reg bench and your lower will follow. i've only seen a upper chest lag, never a lower

incorporate more isolated lifts into your workout and do them at the end.....things such as cable flyers see if that helps ya

You can not target the "lower chest" stick to BB and DB bench and inclines.
