| i hardly ever go to the doctors for anything .......i think the pain is not worth the time or money to go to the doctors ......and that is with keeping my health and best interest in mind......i think i will just let it heal.....just stop and not train my whole upper body for a few weeks......then get back in the game....and train my back to get stronger.....after i know it had enough time to heal and wont hurt again as soon as i start to bench press......i think its just a pulled or torn muscle in my back. |
