| hi im new to the forum.im 16, im bout 5'7 to 5'9 feet.135lbs im pretty skinny and i would like a six pac. im eating somewhat healthy. and go to the gym daily. so how whould i loose the fat over my belly to see the six pac? i have a six pack when i tighten my mucles in my abs, but should i try and loose weight or gain muscle? or both?:confused: |

| well if no one wants to reply i'll tell you what i exactly want out of my body ... i want to get a tiny bit bigger, so i don't look so skinny, and i wanna get really toned. but i don't know what to eat. i mean i could go on a diet but im thinking it whouldn't be the best for me becouse im not fat. any opinions for what i should eat for the results i wan't? |

| its a simple science bro to your body... its about fine tuning and getting to know your body that makes things hard... the simple part is if your looknig pack on sizesimply up your protein, and calories... with that we need to know what your eating... also what is your current workout schedule? what what lifts? you have to lose fat all over your body, you cannot just lose fat off of your stomach... you would have to lower your calories and do cardio 3 times a week or more... however given your current stats I would pack on some size first because yoyu start looknig for those abs or your going to be disapointed |

| i can't really explain what i eat. i eat anything really. but no fatty foods (only few, no burgers and such) i eat bout a can of tuna a day, salad, peta sanwitch with tuna or luch meat) for when i work out i do chest, and shoulders one day, tri's legs and lower back the next day abs and upper back, bis and forearms i do cardio bout 6 to 7 times a week even if its for 10 min. |

| write down everything you eat for a few days and post it up then we'll help you tweak it you need to do atleast 20mins of cardio to burn fat |

| 9:00 i ate 2 eggs two peices of weat toest, and bout 2-3 cups miniweats w/ milk 12:00 i ate a tuna hoagie w/ salad (ranch dressing)w/ cranberry juice 3:00 i ate bowl of soup w/ water 6:00 i ate a tuna sandwitch w/ water 9:00 i ate beans and hotdogs w/ milk |

| sub the mini-wheats for reg(unflavored)oatmeal.eat more than 2 eggs,maybe 2 eggs and 3 or 4 egg whites.eat the tuna alone without the white (i assume)bread,ditch the hot dogs.dont have much time to go over it now but you need alot of tweaking to your diest.someone will help ya.quickly i can say eat these baked chicken breasts oatmeal brown rice ff milk eggs and whites whole grain bread,not whole wheat bread ff cheese lean steak lean fish yams .eat more protein and less carbs esp sugar laden carbs sorry cant help more but gotta go.one of these good bro's will help more |

| Yup, good advice...you can still have excess body fat yet look skinny. Do you know your body fat %? As well as how much cardio do you do at the gym. I think it was Jdiesel that said abs are made in the kitchen man. Cardio and heavy lifting will help as well. and toning is for girls dude...you'll gain a few pounds of muscle then the addiction will kick in and you'll keep wanting more bro. :P |

| well i've basicly been eating what i wanted latly but ive been eating alote healtheir. i lst about 4 lbs in 2-3 weeks i don't have a six pac yet but the middle stomech muscle line and little six pack lines. |

| at 16, i personally think you would be better off trying to grow rather than trying to get abs. youre only 135 lbs, why dont you try to put on a little weight before you cut yourself down? youre going to gain naturally in the next few years and you might find it hard to keep your abs unless you keep yourself at a very light weight. i would say focus on growing now and in a couple years try and cut a bit to get the abs. thats my 2 cents |
