| hi guys im 5'8 16 170 lbs im planing on getting bigger stonger and faster becasue im gonnna play fottball next year. i need some tips right now im in school so i only lift on weekends and on vacations. I run track right now so im in shape. dot get me wrong im very fit i have a very fit upper body but my legsss im verrrry weak legged. i just bought a gnc whey protein case i often mix it with a bananna. before and after training . i mostly consume about 120 grrams of it. So givb me some advice plz |

| you should aim to eat about 225 grams or so of protein daily. I would also shoot for 300 grams of carbs. and 50 or so grams of fat. Get your protein from whole foods mostly like chicken breasts, and lean red meat. carbs should come from brown rice, sweet potatos, oatmeal, and the like. you can keep the protein shake before and after training. use it everyday. Do you run everyday? if so you will need to eat more or cut back on your running to gain weight. Post your workout now and we can help you come up with a good routine.
