| I've been weight training everyday for the last month. Recently I've noticed little (1/4-1/2 inch) bruises on my back. They are extremely faint, cant even see them unless you are looking for them. But so far, two of the weight trainers I know said they experienced something simular at some point but cant remember what it was. The recent changes in my lifestyle are: Tanning (for about a month now but its been very gradual with no burns) I wear a heart monitor so I can train my heart while lifting (about 159 bpm) Im eating about 2 chicken breasts a day, tons of tuna, flax seed oil, l-glutamein, daily vitamins, and whole wheats. Has anyone else experienced this? |

| DEx took the words out of my mouth. Hey they are probably just pressure marks because your body isn't used to supporting that type of weight. |
