| http://www.bbforums.com/showthread.php?t=1714 check that thread for exercises is that 220lbs of LBM? if so you should be getting at least 220g of protein per day, but you should shoot for closer to 330g. but im guessing that isnt all LBM so you need to figure out what your LBM is then multiply it by 1.5. here is my routine for reference MON - Legs/forearms Tues - Abbs/Cardio Wed - Bis/Shoulders/Back/Traps Thurs - Cardio Friday - Off Sat - Chest/Tris Sun off it might not be exactly what you need to do but there is an idea search around others have their workouts posted as well |

| Jone, Try Monday - Chest n Tris Wed - Back n Biceps Friday - Lega n shoulders U could do cardio on other days but see how ur body reacts. I've been doing this and have seen more gains in 2 weeks than I have in 6 months on a 4/5 day a weel all over body workout. As for protein you Im no expert but just se ehow ur body reacts man - u dont wanna overeat and look fat rite? Trail and Error man - best friends we all got - |
